Honey Crisp Chicken
This recipe was given to me by Barb Waterman.
4 boneless chicken breasts
½ c crushed corn flakes or Ritz crackers
1 beaten egg
4 T butter
¼ c honey
2 t soy sauce
Coat
chicken in the beaten egg and then coat the chicken in the crushed corn flakes
and repeat again. Place the
chicken in a deep pan and bake for 25 minutes @ 350.
Meanwhile
melt the butter in a small saucepan. Stir
in the honey and soy sauce. Let
the sauce come to a gentle boil and remove from heat.
This sauce is delicious over mashed potatoes, noodles or rice.
