Spice Pumpkin Cake with
Cream Cheese Frosting

1 lb. 2.25-oz. box Spice Cake Mix
15-oz. can pumpkin
1/2 cup milk
Cream Cheese Frosting (Marcella):
3-oz. cream cheese, softened
6 tablespoons butter, softened
2 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon milk
In a large mixing bowl, cream together the cream cheese and butter. Mix in the confectioners sugar, vanilla, and milk. Frost cake.
