Pound Cake Pumpkin Bake
Bottom Layer:
16-oz. box Pound Cake, dry
1 egg
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
Preheat over to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, egg, butter, and pumpkin pie spice until crumbly. Press into bottom of a 9x10-inch pan.
Pumpkin Layer:
8-oz. package Philadelphia original brand cream cheese, room temperature
14-oz. can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
15-oz. can pumpkin
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in sweetened condensed milk, pumpkin, salt, and pumpkin pie spice. Pour over crust. Bake 30 to 35 minutes. Serve warm or cold.

Note: Here is a Pumpkin Pie Spice Mix if you don't have Pumpkin Pie Spice (from Peggy, About.com Home Cooking Forum) 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger, 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg, 1/8 teaspoon ground allspice. Yield: 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice.
